I'm so excited to have you on my team! If you are on my first level, I am directly responsible for your training, and it is my goal to do all I can to help you reach your personal goals as a consultant for THRIVE Life. The goals of those on my team vary widely, but whatever your goals are, I want to respect them and help you reach them.
As such, I offer three different training programs for my team members. You can see them listed below. Choose the one that works best for you! You can also choose one now and change later if you decide to.

You are a savvy shopper if you joined THRIVE Life in order to get the best possible price on THRIVE Life products for yourself. You have no real interest in selling to others and do not plan on teaching classes or promoting THRIVE Life products online. You do not plan to earn significant income as a consultant and will not be building a team / training other consultants.
This training should take you about 30-45 minutes total and will teach you everything you need to know to maximize the discounts and benefits available to you as a consultant.
You are a hobbiest if you joined THRIVE Life so you can have the opportunity to sell to friends and family when the opportunity arises, but you aren't treating this like a full time business. You will likely teach anywhere from a few classes a year to two or three a month (as more of a hobby than a job) and may promote THRIVE Life products online occasionally. You hope to earn a small part time income ($50-$500 / month) as a THRIVE Life consultant. You will focus more on selling than on building and training a team.
The basic portion of this training will take you just 3-5 hours to complete. And you will learn details of how you are paid, how to place orders and use your "office" as a consultant, a bit of company history and the different prices available to different customers. You will also watch a video of an example class as well as many other tutorial videos to help you present and share these products in an open and friendly manner.
There is also an advanced portion of this training (around 2-3 hours) available once you complete the basic one and take a short 20 question quiz. This advanced training will provide you with time saving resources you can use as well as additional tips.
You are a Business Builder if you joined THRIVE Life in order to build a business sharing their products with friends, family, and those you may not have yet met. You are willing to spend significant time in training and take responsibility for your business. You will eventually teach 4-8 classes a month and will actively build and train your own team (with my support & help). You hope to earn significant part time or even full time income from your business within a year or two.
This training will focus on two things (1) helping you keep your business and classes steady and growing and (2) helping you build and train a team.
You will gain a more complete understanding of the commission plan, set some thought provoking and motivating goals, and dig a bit deeper into WHY you are doing this business (to help you stay motivated).
