Here is the email I send my long distance hosts:

I'm so excited for your Thrive class on INSERT DATE / TIME OF PARTY.  I've ordered your sample product for your party.    You will be getting corn chowder, strawberries, pineapple and sweet corn.  Please let me know if you have questions about any of it when you get it.

• Catalog (don't print this, but you can send the link to people.  It is awesome and interactive)
• Price List (TURN THE WORDS "Price List" INTO A LINK TO THE MOST RECENT PRICE LIST) (anyone who orders as party of your party (day of and up to three days after) will get the Q-Club price for that order.  Anyone who creates a Q will get Q-Club price for life)

• Order Form (just have guests fill these out and you can then email / fax them to me)

Get the Most out of your party
I've learned from many, many past classes that there is something very simple you can do to increase your success and host benefits earned.  (see what you can earn here) (TURN THE WORD "here" into a LINK TO HOST BENEFITS PAGE (http://YOUR-URL.thrivelife.com/parties/index/hostbenefits) I call it "Call-Mail-Call"  Here are a few details:

1. CALL - About 10 days before your party, call your guests and tell them to "save the date" Let them know you will be emailing them an invitation and make sure they look for it.  This is also the best time to let you guests know WHY you want to host this party and what excites you about the product.
2. MAIL - About 1 week before your party, email out the invites.  Make sure you include a personal note that again mentions WHY you are excited about this party.
3. CALL - 24 hours or so before you party, call EVERYONE you invited.  Even if they RSVP'd No, call and ask if they'd like to place an "outside order" or host a party of their own at a time that is more convenient for them.  If they've said maybe or not responded, let them know you need a firm headcount for the party tomorrow.  If they RSVP'd Yes, just say something like "I don't want to take too much of your time, but want to quickly remind you about my party tomorrow.  I'm so excited for you to try these products!"
